We have partnered with corporate advisory and equities trading firm Barclay Pearce Capital (BPC). 

The agreement engages BPC to act as our Lead Manager and Sponsoring Broker for our equity capital market initiatives. In addition, the deal will underpin our plans to develop the Australian made H2X Warrego utility vehicle, along with a variety of hydrogen fuel cell electric vans and buses to follow in the coming years. 

BPC Helping Future-Proof Our Development Activities 

The agreement marks a significant step forward in funding activities in preparation for taking our first batch of Warrego Utes to market. The Warrego saw more than $50M of pre-reservations within 14 days of its launch.
