James has over thirty years’ executive and board experience building and scaling businesses across a wide range of global industries, including data-driven customer experience transformation, sensor systems, mining technology services, automotive, aviation, biotechnology, agritech, medical devices, hotel telemarketing, drone detection and security sectors.

Through his roles, James has completed multiple M&A transactions, IPO listings, follow-on share placements and other capital raisings for private companies as well as ASX and London (AIM) listed companies.
