ABOUT ANTONY
Antony has over 20 years financial services experience including key leadership positions. With the experience to scale any existing achievements. Former CEO of digital financial services platform Blu Horseshoe. Prior to Blu Horseshoe, he was working in listing and compliance for the Sydney Stock Exchange and had key managerial roles at Computershare.
Antony importantly has international market experience, having worked for Barclays Private Bank in London and HSBC in Sri Lanka and India. Proving Antony Tolfts as a valuable asset to lead H2X Global further into the vehicle market.

James has over thirty years’ executive and board experience building and scaling businesses across a wide range of global industries, including data-driven customer experience transformation, sensor systems, mining technology services, automotive, aviation, biotechnology, agritech, medical devices, hotel telemarketing, drone detection and security sectors. Through his roles, James has completed multiple M&A transactions, IPO listings, follow-on share placements and other capital raisings for private companies as well as ASX and London (AIM) listed companies.

Over the past 15 years, John has shifted his focus towards bulk cargo projects, management consulting, and clean energy solutions. John’s commitment to sustainable practices and clean energy solutions is evident in his roles as a board member of several public companies. Involved in overseeing large-scale projects in both logistics and renewable energy, showing a deep understanding of project delivery. Lead new operational start-ups in Korea, Japan, Thailand, UK, Saudi Arabia and Kazakhstan.

ABOUT MAGNUS
With a background spanning 16 years in the global automotive industry, 7 years in the Swedish institute sector, 4 years in the consulting business, and the last year in a startup company, he has held various positions and participated in national and international contexts. Primarily been as a manager and project leader, but has also served as an expert/specialist. Throughout Magnus’s career, he have gained a broad understanding of traditional and new tech engineering, societal and industrial development, particularly in areas such as digitalization, automotive, transportation, and mobility product and service development. This includes a deep understanding of Swedish and European funding opportunities and application processes.
