James has over thirty years’ executive and board experience building and scaling businesses across a wide range of global industries, including data-driven customer experience transformation, sensor systems, mining technology services, automotive, aviation, biotechnology, agritech, medical devices, hotel telemarketing, drone detection and security sectors.

Through his roles, James has completed multiple M&A transactions, IPO listings, follow-on share placements and other capital raisings for private companies as well as ASX and London (AIM) listed companies.

• Throughout Magnus’s career, he have gained a broad understanding of traditional and new tech engineering, societal and industrial development, particularly in areas such as digitalization, automotive, transportation, and mobility product and service development.
• This includes a deep understanding of Swedish and European funding opportunities and application processes.
• He possess strong management and large project leadership skills, with associated responsibilities and successful deliveries, that in combination with his in-depth technological understanding, gives me a solid leadership platform to stand on.
• With a background spanning 16 years in the global automotive industry, 7 years in the Swedish institute sector, 4 years in the consulting business, and the last year in a startup company, he has held various positions and participated in national and international contexts. Primarily been as a manager and project leader, but has also served as an expert/specialist.

Michelle Reynolds

Michelle Reynolds has over 18 years’ experience in financial services, property, construction, and transportation. Moreover, Michelle has experience in managing companies through various lifecycle stages, from early start ups to mature businesses.
